January 8th, Jonathan Dollhopf stopped by the office asking for the health care staffers. The receptionist said no one is available and gave me the scheduler's contact info. He sent email to Nate Matteson requesting a meeting. He replied by asking me to provide some background about myself. I explained to him that I'm with National ADAPT.
In his response, he will make sure to share it with his staffers.

Dear Sarah,
I am writing on behalf of the Disability Community to thank Representative Kennedy for their sponsorship of the Disability Integration Act in the last Congress. We will be holding an event in the U.S. Capitol on January 15th to celebrate the bill???s reintroduction. We would like to announce the Representative as an original cosponsor of the bill at the event. Would you please confirm the Representative???s intention to be an original cosponsor on the legislation? We would be grateful for their leadership in helping ensure that all disabled Americans have the right to live in freedom. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
