on 5/15/19, Sophie Poost called the office and spoke with Quirstin. She said Carolyn was not available by phone, doesn't have a voicemail, and it "would just be best to email her, because she's really good at responding to those". Sophie sent the following email:

Good Morning Carolyn,

I just got off the phone with Quristin in your office who said that you were not in at this time and that I should email you regarding my concerns. I am email from ADAPT regarding the Disability Integration Act or DIA. In the past few weeks, you have received multiple emails from ADAPT about the DIA, but we have not heard back from you and Congresswoman Underwood has not signed onto the Disability Integration Act yet. It is very important that you review the emails that ADAPT has sent you. ADAPT will be in town next week and we would prefer t stop by your office to thank Representative Underwood for her support.

Please call me back at 585-546-7510 or respond to my email to confirm you have received this email as well as our previous emails requesting Congresswoman Underwood cosponsor the Disability Integration Act.
