On May 15, Sophie Poost called the office and spoke with Dylan, who said that Sara was not available. Dylan took a message from Sophie and Sophie sent the following email to Sara and Caitlin:

Good Afternoon,

I called moments ago on behalf of ADAPT and left a message with Dylan, however I want to ensure that our messages are still reaching your office. Since our first meeting in January, many members of ADAPT have reached out to your office to ask that Congresswoman Houlahan cosponsor the Disability Integration Act (HR. 555). At first it seemed you were very receptive to our conversations on the bill, but as time went on we have heard less and less from you. ADAPT will be in DC next week and we would love to be able to stop by the office and thank Rep. Houlahan for her support the Disability Integration Act and disabled Pennsylvanians.

Please respond to this message indicating that you have received this message and our previous messages and indicate when we can expect to hear about Congresswoman Houlahan???s support. If you would like to add the Congresswoman as a cosponsor to the Disability Integration Act, please reach out to Amy Bos in Representative Sensenbrenner???s office.

Thank you for your time,

Sophie Poost

Members of ADAPT visited this office and asked for Sara Margolis. Sara was unable to meet but they had assured the group that members of our group had already stopped by and that they had already spoken to constituents. Will follow up.

S.Poost emailed constituent CILs on March 14 and asked them to reach out to Houlahan's office. Michael Burke of Freedom Valley Disability Enablement, Inc agreed to reach out.

Hi Sophie,

So sorry for the delay. Please be assured this is still on my radar and we are trying to get this in front of the Representative early next week. I will keep you posted.

Sophie Poost sent the following email on 2/1:

Hi Sara,

Thank you again for meeting with us a few weeks ago. I just wanted to check in and see if you had any news as to if Representative Houlahan will be cosponsoring the Disability Integration Act (DIA) bill number HR.555. We would love to see Representative Houlahan join Representatives Wild and Dean on the list of cosponsors for the DIA. If you have any additional questions, I would be happy to discuss them with you again. Alternatively, if she is interested in signing on to the legislation we encourage you to reach out to Amy Bos in Representative Sensenbrenner???s office.

Will Representative Houlahan be a cosponsor?

Thanks,
Sophie Poost

On January 9, Sophie Poost and Ericka Jones met with Sara and Caitlin. They said that they believed Rep. Houlahan would be interested in the bill, and to reach back out to them in time. They explained that they were the only two on staff currently, so they would need some time to get into it. Follow up would be helpful
