Disregard last contact note. Email read as follows:

Dear Ms. Flenar,

This email is to confirm that I left a message on your office voicemail yesterday, May 15th, to follow up with you regarding the Disability Integration Act, HR 555.

I know you recently met with members of ADAPT, and would be able to bring the bill to the Congressman when he returned yesterday. Will the Congressman be cosponsoring the bill? ADAPT will be in town next week and we would like to be able to stop by your office to thank the Congressman for supporting disability rights.

Please give me a call at (585) 546-7510, or you can email me back at this address.

Sincerely,
Kathryn Carroll
Member, ADAPT

As you know, ADAPT will be in town again next week. We would like to be able to stop by your office to thank the Congresswoman for cosponsoring the bill.

Albio Sires - NJ 2268 Rayburn

Spoke to Chelsea Flenar. Throughout the meeting she took notes. She had been reaching out with questions to Members of the E&C. We recommended reaching out to fellow New Jersey Cosponsors for info. We started an email thread to also help answer her and Congressman Sires' questions. We explained our timeline and how HCBS will save money. She will talk to congressman Sires when he returns from Jersey tomorrow on the 15th.

Called office followed up with email below
Hi Gene,

I am emailing to ask for Congressman Sires to support the Disability Integration Act HR 555. This bill would make it possible for seniors and people with disabilities to choose to live in their homes and not be put into a nursing home.

If you or the Congressman have any questions please email back.

Thanks so much,

Jackie Mitchell
