12/13/17: Sheryl and Laura met with staffer Josh Sutherland is staff. He took notes, was very interested in DIA, said to check back at the beginning of new year. We stressed importance of CRT bill (HR 3730) quickly, he didn't respond. He suggested strongly that constituents call about the bills between now and the CR. Sheryl left a message for the CIL ED in Charleston, WV to help get on this. Our ADAPT folks are not in his district.
