On July 24, Ken Mitchell and other members of NCIL met visited the office. The receptionist said that there was no staffer available and did not budge on that. They left materials highlighting DIA.

we are in the queue ( in line for a supposed appt, i do not trust them)

Since May 2017 we have sent 7 letters, 4 in person to DC office and 4 in person to his ATL office. They wouldn't let us in the building.
We scheduled donuts with David, and he failed to show.
We scheduled appointments, no response.
We also gave him a lump of coal for xmas.
