Met with Jacquelyn Wang, Leg Counsel. She remembered me, admitted that she was 2 weeks new into this job and apologized that my previous visits and information had not gotten to her. She mentioned that she has the bill, but no other information. She apparently reached out to Amy Bos about the bill, but has not heard back. I asked if she had constituents come after the rally Tues. She said yes, but that they did not talk about DIA, only local stuff, and did not leave a leg priorities book with her. She said that they really need to hear from constituents. I will follow up with the CILs there. While with her I sent her the DIA packet in an email and cc???d Amy Bos with an apology for the lack of connection and hoping that this info cleared any remaining questions. This will need follow up.

I spoke with the Congresswoman after she came off the podium. She immediately knew about the DIA and said that others had told her that she is not on it and she was surprised to hear that and introduced me to her aide to take the information immediately and get on the bill.
