As part of NCIL conference, Kathryn Carroll and Ericka Jones met with a staffer in DC office on Wednesday, July 25th, 2018. Unable to meet with John Laufer. Meeting was no productive - particular staffer was unaware of the issue, did not appear to think it would be addressed soon.
